List out the biggest failures of your last year. Write down what you learned from each failure. Creativity is built on trial and error, embrace making mistakes. In fact, as designers, we sometimes intentionally try different routes to identify the right direction to move forward with. Get into the habit of learning from failures and document things that worked and didn't work.
