A lot of times we experience creative blocks because of fear/doubt. Submerging in a body of water (pool, bathtub, lake, ocean) or cocooning yourself in a pile of 4-5 blankets will naturally put you in the state of comfort (mother's womb), which can help resetting your brain and breaking the creative block.
